The room was beautifully maintained, and air-conditioned, with climate control, terrace, and a spacious closet I needed.

it was a fully equipped and well-maintained hotel, nesteled in a functional building. i got a well priced and extremely pleasant room with a wonderful view over the sea. the location was incredible - close to bars and cafés. there was a lagoon and greenery close to the place.

Pleasant hotel. Although it was located a little outside of Brighton, in Hove, one could comfortably walk alongside the boardwalk in order to get to the Brighton Pier. Breakfast was great. Our room was big. We felt very comfortable.

Our standard double room was decorated in the nice design. The full English breakfast was satisfactory and the staff were attentive and caring. Beachfront location was a plus. The view was beautiful, the service was very good.

The standard double room with a terrace here has all the essential facilities.

The price-performance ratio is good, the location is simply fantastic and no matter what the weather, you can have a great time, warm clothes in the winter time and do not forget the rain cape and thick socks (good footwear)

The carpets in the room are dirty/old/stained and the shower is calcified.

Comfortable hotel with sea view. Rooms are sufficiently large and nice and warm for UK standards. Very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is only recommended if you prefer a "cooked breakfast". The continental variety is very narrow (toast, packed muesli), and the coffee is definitely in need of improvement.

The hotel is well presented with sea views. The staff are caring and absolutely courteous. The location is magnificent, just a short walk to the seaside, main Hove streets for restaurants, and the pebble beach.

My stay here was great, the rooms were spacious with a nice view of the sea, and the staff were efficient.

Wanted a sea view & lift noisy heard from room

The hotel rooms are nicely furnished and the view of the sea and sunset is delightful. The employees are absolutely courteous and caring, especially the male receptionist who went out of his way to help us. The breakfast offers outstanding fruit juices, fresh bread, cereal, and pastries. The hotel's location is lovely, right next to the pier along the sea, the south coast, and the Volks railway - the oldest in the world, running from the pier to the marina, the largest in Europe. The hotel is very convenient to the King Alfred Leisure Centre.

The location of the hotel is very good. We had bikes and were super happy with the connection. The bus also stops right in front of the hotel. This is a great way to get to the city of Brighton.

We didn't know there was construction. . The front door was broken and obviously nobody cared. Pity

Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly. Room was fine, quiet and clean.

Unfortunately no parking spaces are available on the premises.
